How to Measure Your Hip Size

You can measure yourself with a belt or dressing gown cord and a 30cm ruler! Tie the belt around your hips, place a piece of tape or pinch where it reaches, then lay flat and carefully use the ruler to measure the length.

Heavy Flow absorbency holds up to 20ml of period blood – the equivalent of 4 tampons or 3 pads. The narrow gusset is made specifically for teen proportions, while CoolMax™ technology in the gusset is fast-drying, moisture-wicking and breathable to keep them feeling fresh and secure for up to 12 hours.

Brilliant, put our daughter at ease

Bought these for our daughter when she experienced her first period. She found them so comfy and easy to use and made her less worried about the whole situation. Highly recommend them.

Sizing is off

I purchased this school set as it was good value for money and I like the fact that it came with a bag. I’m gutted that the sizing seems a little off as I ordered the S-L teen which is meant to run to a size 12 but when my daughter tried them on, they definitely weren’t as good a fit as I had hoped.

These were amazing for my 11-year-old daughter. First time period and no faff with sanitary towels, leaks, or multiple changes during the day. I was amazed to see how much it could hold. The pants were dry and absorbs the period blood, depending on the flow it is possible to go without a change in school but best to change anyway to keep that secure feeling. We ended up buying some more, found approx min of 5 pants needed to go through a period cycle without any sanitary towels. The pants need to be air dried and are stretchy but comfortable. She continues with sports but for extra security she'll wear the super heavy flow pants even though she has medium flow. If only I had this available when I was growing up instead of the bulky sanitary towels with no wings.
